RETURNS & REFUNDS
RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT
Should a part or all of your order not suit you, you have to send us a return request and return the item within 14 business days from the date of delivery. Returns beyond this period is not possible. All the returned items should have the label attached to it on the original form and position. To return an item, please follow the following easy-quick steps:
You will automatically receive an email notification with the address of return for your item(s).
Note that all returns and exchanges are directly sent to the brand's studio or store that shipped the item. Final confirmation of return and exchange is upon the brand’s approval. To prepare your return shipment: - Use the original box which you receive the order in, place the unworn or undamaged product inside - Insert in the package the copy of the order's receipt. You can get a copy of it under “My Account / Orders & Returns / View details by clicking on the “Print Receipt" button, located at the top right of the order. Please be sure to pack the returned items properly to avoid any damage. We are not responsible for items that are returned by mistake.
The following items and sales are considered Final Sale, and no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for these items:
Cosmetics, Skincare, and Fragrances
Hosiery / Lingerie
Fur coats, vests, gillets, and stoles
Items subject to a markdown (which does not include reductions in price solely because of a Promotion)
Items indicated as “final sale”
RETURNS DELIVERY COSTS
If you decide to use your withdrawal right because the product does not suit you, the shipping and returns costs as well as the customs duties and taxes (if paid on check out) will be deducted from the refund amount. However, in the eventuality of a defective product, return shipping costs will be refunded by shop.arabfashionweek.com along with your item, after your package has been checked by the Brand.
The request for return is a prerequisite for the acceptance and refund of returned products whatever case it may concern: withdrawal right or return of defective product. Upon this request, we will explain the process to be followed to return your items. As soon as the brand receives the returned package, you will be informed by email. If the refund is validated, a refund process will then automatically start. If you have chosen to pay with Credit Card your bank account will be credited within 3 to 15 business days depending on your bank’s policy. If you have chosen to pay with a Deferred Debit Card, the refund will take place at the end of the current month.
REFUND TERMS FOLLOWING A CANCELLATION PROCESS
As soon as the Brand has shipped your product, it is impossible to cancel the order anymore. You will receive an email to inform you that the order has been shipped. You can track your shipment under “My Account / My Orders”. In the case of the Brand has not shipped your order yet. Follow the following three easy-quick steps:
Go on your My Account page / Orders & Returns, select the order you want to return for cancellation.
Write the reason of your cancellation.
Confirm your cancellation request by clicking on the “Submit My Request" button.
The cancellation will take place within 24 hours. You'll immediately receive an email about your cancellation confirmation. If you have chosen to pay with Credit Card and have already been charged, a refund request process will take place within the following days. Your bank account will be credited within 3 to 15 business days depending on your bank’s policy. If you have chosen to pay with a Deferred Debit Card, the refund will take place at the end of the current month. Otherwise, no payment will be taken from your bank account.
CAN I RETURN SEVERAL TIMES THE SAME ORDER?
Once you returned a product for refund you will have to make another order, using store credit or wait until you have received the refund.
